Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Your returned item must reach us no later than 14 days after the delivery date. We recommend that you send out your return within 7 days of the delivery date to ensure that it arrives back to us within 14 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to the nature of customized orders that have been made specially for you, we will not be able to accept returns unless the customized pieces were damaged or faulty when delivered to you. For hygiene purposes, earrings and hair accessories also cannot be returned.
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please call us within 3 business days.
Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
Sale items cannot be returned.
If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You might want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund, please check with your bank and credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please email us at email@example.com.
